The Room is the dedicated home of Mindful Kollaborative Strategies in Berlin, Wisconsin, serving the Green Lake and Waushara County communities as a movement and practice studio and gathering space for ongoing classes, workshops, and experiences.

Weekly yoga and mindful movement are structured to cultivate embodied awareness and sustainable strength, building steadiness that carries into daily life. The emphasis is intentional practice over performance.
