WELLNESS RETREATS
Nurturing, restorative, and grounded in mindful practices, these retreats create space for people to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom. Through yoga, meditation, reflection, creative activities, and nourishing food, participants gain tools to navigate stress, prevent burnout, and rebuild trust in themselves.

YOGA & MINDFUL MOVEMENT
Mary Kay is a Registered Yoga Teacher and currently teaches as a substitute instructor at a local studio. Beginning in 2026, she will offer pop-up yoga sessions, mindful movement classes, and integrated yoga components within retreats and workshops. These practices support embodied awareness, stress reduction, and healthier patterns of living and working.
