Where Calm Is Practiced, Not Perfected.
Immersive wellness retreats and mindful movement for women navigating high-demand lives.
You are competent. Capable. Accustomed to carrying responsibility. But when there’s no space to pause, you can find yourself depleted and reactive.
Step out of constant doing.
Make room to breathe and move with intention.
Rest. Renewal. Reconnection.
A return to what matters most.
Room to move. Room to reflect. Room to reconnect.
Alignment between body, breath, and action.
Less noise. More clarity. More calm.
At Mindful Kollaborative Strategies, experiences are created for women who carry significant responsibility and value space to pause and practice intentionally. Through immersive retreats and weekly movement in The Room, offerings support clarity, steadiness, and sustainable strength. Rather than performance or pressure, the focus is on grounded well-being that holds up in everyday life.

How These Experiences are Held
Our experiences are guided by unapologetic honesty, thoughtful insight, and genuine care. They are shaped by decades of experience across entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and government systems, and by a deep understanding of how women are expected to lead with composure in environments where others are allowed to lead differently.
What sets this work apart is not a formula or a framework, but the ability to notice what is happening beneath the surface, to see how pieces connect, and to name what matters with clarity and care.
This approach has evolved over time through leading retreats, facilitating team experiences, and integrating mindful practices as a Registered Yoga Teacher, including more than a decade of owning and stewarding a historic retreat and event venue.
At the heart of this work is a belief that meaningful change requires honesty, participation, and a willingness to engage.
“Mary Kay’s workshop was a transformative experience that helped me restore balance and energy. Her integration of yoga, meditation, gratitude practices, and time in nature created space for reflection and meaningful shift. The practices she shared continue to support how I move through my life. I highly recommend her work to anyone seeking greater well-being and clarity.”
